The Bodegas are built in the traditional Andalusian style.

They are situated between El Puerto de Santa María and Sanlúcar de Barrameda where the quality is at its best for the Finos of Jerez and the Manzanillas of Sanlúcar.

The location of The Bodegas is perfect for the maturing of Sherries. The capacity is 10.000 Butts of 500 litres each made from the finest American oak . These oak butts are what maintains the quality and prestige of these unique wines.

The installations combine the traditional methods of wine-making with the latest technical developments to ensure quality and stability of product. The Bodega presses the grapes from its own vineyards with technically advanced pressing machinery and the wine is fermented under temperature controlled conditions before maturing in the traditional oak butts.

Care is taken that the bottling and presentation of final product is of the highest standard to match the quality of the wines to be consumed.
